Yearbook Yourself

The pub in our office was officially named by Alan, as “McSourcely’s”. Now we’ve got a sweet sign to welcome all its guests! Check it out the next time you head in there. Kudos to Travis for coming up with the design.

To celebrate it’s 10th birthday, Google is launching a promotion called Project 10^100 (or ten to the 100th). They are asking people all over the world what they would create that would help benefit the world with 10 million dollars. The winner, selected by a panel of judges made up of Google employees, would receive the 10 million dollar funding to move forward with the project. Along with their idea, entrants must answer a series of questions including  “If your idea were to become a reality, who would benefit the most and how?”

Stuff You Should Know is a great podcast available free on iTunes that will answer all, if not a some of life’s questions you’ve been yearning to ask…..

A couple of staff writers and editors from the website HowStuffWorks.com get together daily or weekly to debate and discuss the most popular articles and questions. Topics range from “Can we live underground?” to “Does Gum Really Stay in Your Stomach for Seven Years”. 

Great way to absorb some unecessary knowledge that may come in handy one day….

Mars Snackfood US celebrated the national launch of M&M’s® Premiums – a new collection of shimmering chocolate gems available in five sophisticated varieties: Mint Chocolate, Raspberry Almond, Triple Chocolate, Chocolate Almond and Mocha. The smooth, rich, melt-in-your-mouth chocolates made their formal debut as a premium chocolate with a unique fashion event during the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week.

Bryant Park in midtown Manhattan served as the ultimate style platform to introduce new M&M’s® Premiums to the fashionable crowd with a colorful launch event. Models showcased the upscale M&M’s® while dressed in vibrantly colored gowns inspired by the rich jewel-tones of the new product. The gowns were created by red carpet designer Pamella Roland, known for her elegantly feminine and luxurious designs.
